Cory Watson joins McGill coaching Staff

According to Justin Dunk of 3 Down, it appears Cory Watson’s CFL career has come to an end. The pending free agent receiver has reportedly joined the McGill University coaching staff. The former Riders receiver is set to become the offensive assistant and receivers coach for McGill this season.
In 2018, Watson stood out as a reliable 2nd down receiver, making 46 catches for 401 yards and a touchdown. Over his CFL career, the former 2nd round pick had 374 catches for 4138 yards and 17 touchdowns.
