Duron Carter released by Saskatchewan

Late on Saturday night, Duron Carter tweeted out the following:
Not long after, the Riders announced that they have released Duron Carter.
Unless there are legal issues that we aren’t aware of, this move is a head scratcher to say the least.
Having said that – there are several reports that Duron Carter was on the trading block, so this might not be related to legal issues. If so, I wonder what happened in the locker room to cause this.
