Game Day – KSB Returns as Riders Host Lions

It’s game day here in Saskatchewan! Your Roughriders host the BC Lions this evening at 5pm at Mosaic Stadium and it marks the return of stud receiver Kian Schaffer-Baker! KSB plays for the first time this season after off-season hip surgery and while the receivers haven’t been an issue for the Riders this year, this flips the ratio a bit (along with the return to the lineup of Mitch Picton) and gives Jake Dolegala another great option on offense.
Dolegala makes his first start of the season after Mason Fine was injured last week and put on the 6-game injured list and newly acquired QB Antonio Pipkin makes his Rider debut listed as today’s 3rd stringer. With the bye week looming, the Riders look to stun the Lions and create a bit of separation between them and the Calgary Stampeders in the West Division playoff race.
