Riders Cut Bakari Grant

Published: Saturday, Jun 9th 2018, 7:06pm

And the cuts keep coming and one of the presidents will be looking for a new team.

Bakari Grant tweeted a farewell to RiderNation thanking them for “One of the most fun years of football.”

Grant, who was a surprise free agent addition to last years team, was one of the teams three 1000 yard receivers. However, as good as he was on the field he was productive off of it with his charity work in the Regina area, most prominently with Hopes Home and the 1st Annual PifflesBowl.

Thank you, Bakari for everything you did on and off the field.

We will be discussing this and all of the other Rider related moves on the next Piffles Podcast.
