Riders select WR Brayden Lenius 15th Overall

With the 15th overall selection, the Saskatchewan Roughriders have selected Brayden Leniusfrom the University of New Mexico.
At the CFL combine, Lenius ran 4.75 40 yard dash and had a 33 inch vertical. The 6’5″ receiver finished his collegiate career with 581 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns in 46 games.
In his mock draft, Marshall Ferguson had the following to say about the 15th overall pick.
“Lenius is an exceptional athlete who has gone through an unorthodox evolution from receiver at Washington to tight end at New Mexico.”
