Riders Sign LB Solomon Elimimian

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have announced the signing of Linebacker Solomon Elimimian, who was recently released by the BC Lions.
Elimimian spent most of the 2018 season on the sidelines, but has been a tackling machine during his 9 years in BC. Over his career, he has averaged 6.3 tackles per game (745 tackles in 118 games) to go along with his 36 special teams tackles and 29 sacks.
The 2014 and 2016 Most Outstanding Defensive Player (and 2014 Most Outstanding Player) will help fill the gap of Sam Eguavoen who signed with the Miami Dolphins this offseason.
