Riders Sign Receiver Ayers, Linebacker Robertson

According to the CFL Transactions page, the Riders have signed former NFLers receiver Demarcus Ayers and Linebacker Pete Robertson.
Ayers spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots and Chicago Bears, only playing in games for the Steelers. He had 6 catches for 53 yards and a TD in the 2016 season after being drafted in the 7th round. Recently, Ayers spent time with the New York Guardians of the XFL.
Robertson went undrafted into the NFL and played for the Seattle Seahawks, Washington Redskins and Arizona Cardinals, notching 4 tackles.
