Riders sign veteran WR Manny Arceneaux

The Riders announced they have signed veteran WR Manny Arceneaux. The 31 year old wide receiver has spent his entire CFL career with the BC Lions, collecting 8,169 receiving yards, and 55 touchdowns in 129 games, including a career high of 1566 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2016.
